A week or so ago, the ECF released the latest update to its online grading database, based on games played up to 30th June 2012. There are lots of great searching / sorting options out there, to investigate your own grade of those of your forthcoming opponents.
You can, for instance, see a players current grade (standard, rapid), their club affiliation, and a graph of their progress. If you don’t have a grade yourself , you can check out grades of YouTube chess channel owners such as Peter Lalic (DraganLalic) or Tim Hilton (EpicChess), or look at the stats of some of our GMs, IMs, etc.
