This is an experiment in Chess.
This conceptual video suggests some rough concepts for creating imbalances in the French Defence, Exchange variation. I hope people will contribute to help develop these nebulous ideas into some viable lines.
The core of concept of this revolves around Bd6, Nge7, Bf5 — either, activating this problem piece, or inviting an exchange of light-square Bishops and, f6 — in response to Bg5 from white. Focus on the merits / demerits of Bd6/Nge7/Bf5/f6 and less about the exact position presented.
This is an experiement where I hope people will get involved to create a YouTube line by trying / exploring this line, sharing games, find GM examples, etc.
