In this spoken commentary, I explain some strategic ideas in the Maroczy bind. This highly positional encounter is in fact the first time I have ever played the Sicilian defense with Black! I hope that you enjoyed the music version I uploaded prior to this one. The idea of replaying just the moves, accompanied by some great old tunes from the 50s-80s, is that you develop some thoughts first about the positions. Then you can compare your thought processes with mine, and see if you missed anything or if your questions were answered.
